- Good Team chemistry - Small group of hardworking individuals - Individual responsibility for designated works - Fun and you get to explore the city - Flexibility with finding new task to complete

Cons

- Tendencies of disorganization from management - Potential issues with clients from lack of communication from top of the chain - Work can be overloaded sometimes without concrete assistance - Transportation of products can be tedious and back breaking

Pros

Incredible culture, ownership of projects, and lots of learning opportunities. The employees have created so many different clubs that co-ops can also join, and it's a great way to get involved and be part of the community! Sustainability also shows up in so many ways around the office, from the every-day green initiatives, encouragement to take public transport over driving, and our annual Carbon Kaizen. And of course, they have the cutest dogs.
