Pros

Great people and friendly environment. Even during covid, we've been able to keep our culture alive. Also, a lot of room to make an impact both on the environment and Bevi's growth as a business.

Cons

Been hard during covid with limited people coming into offices and using the machines. We've made it work and are coming out the other side, but hasn't been without some bumps along the way.

Pros

Incredible culture, ownership of projects, and lots of learning opportunities. The employees have created so many different clubs that co-ops can also join, and it's a great way to get involved and be part of the community! Sustainability also shows up in so many ways around the office, from the every-day green initiatives, encouragement to take public transport over driving, and our annual Carbon Kaizen. And of course, they have the cutest dogs.
