Pros

Really special people. Everyone is humble, friendly, and chill. You'll see people's resume and expect them to be divas because of fancy schools and work experience, but when you meet them they turn out to be really nice and normal. It was only later that I found out how special it was.

Cons

COVID shut down our market and caused the company to do layoffs last year. I'm rooting for Bevi to recover!!!

Pros

Incredible culture, ownership of projects, and lots of learning opportunities. The employees have created so many different clubs that co-ops can also join, and it's a great way to get involved and be part of the community! Sustainability also shows up in so many ways around the office, from the every-day green initiatives, encouragement to take public transport over driving, and our annual Carbon Kaizen. And of course, they have the cutest dogs.
