great product that is easy to sell. people are easy to work with. the environment is fun. great work-life balance.

sometimes you feel like a glorified brand ambassador that gets paid well - it's not glamorous, but it is fulfilling to help people use less plastic and give them a product they can genuinely love and use.

Pros

Incredible culture, ownership of projects, and lots of learning opportunities. The employees have created so many different clubs that co-ops can also join, and it's a great way to get involved and be part of the community! Sustainability also shows up in so many ways around the office, from the every-day green initiatives, encouragement to take public transport over driving, and our annual Carbon Kaizen. And of course, they have the cutest dogs.
