Pros
Amazing benefits. Pay is very competitive. WFH capability and flex start times. Company really makes an effort to encourage people to work in a way that works best for them. Superb work/life balance. Managers are great. Dog friendly office. great for pet parents . CEO and founders are all involved, know each employee and what they do. All interested in employees true happiness and success. very rare and impressive. Free lunches, cocktails hours, events. Great office manager with a focus on culture, really good at what they do. Opportunities to give back, volunteering options every year (that are paid!) Great product already, with huge potential looking towards the future.
Cons
Not a real con, but you need to be a self starter to work here. You’ve got to be comfortable with the “unknown”. If you are…you’ll do fine.
