Pros

Really great team of people. Everyone is collaborative, intelligent, and supportive of getting work done. Company really cares about employees, benefits are great, a lot of interesting work to be done across the organization. Fantastic workplace culture! CEO is really accessible and easy to talk to regardless of your position. Awesome annual retreats and company events. Really well-balanced for a start-up company.

Cons

Non cons come to mind- but there is always openness for improvement across the organization.

Pros

Incredible culture, ownership of projects, and lots of learning opportunities. The employees have created so many different clubs that co-ops can also join, and it's a great way to get involved and be part of the community! Sustainability also shows up in so many ways around the office, from the every-day green initiatives, encouragement to take public transport over driving, and our annual Carbon Kaizen. And of course, they have the cutest dogs.
