Lots of opportunities to learn from other departments, not very hierarchical, room to think creatively

Some roles would be better split between more people- spread thin at times. Could be more investing more energy into sustainability

Pros

Incredible culture, ownership of projects, and lots of learning opportunities. The employees have created so many different clubs that co-ops can also join, and it's a great way to get involved and be part of the community! Sustainability also shows up in so many ways around the office, from the every-day green initiatives, encouragement to take public transport over driving, and our annual Carbon Kaizen. And of course, they have the cutest dogs.
