The Leadership. They genuinely care and lead by example. The People. Legitimately some of the best I’ve ever worked with. The Product. So fun to sell and revolutionizing the industry.

Cons

I’ve requested monthly showings of Fast Five at HQ and that has yet to come to fruition.

Pros

Incredible culture, ownership of projects, and lots of learning opportunities. The employees have created so many different clubs that co-ops can also join, and it's a great way to get involved and be part of the community! Sustainability also shows up in so many ways around the office, from the every-day green initiatives, encouragement to take public transport over driving, and our annual Carbon Kaizen. And of course, they have the cutest dogs.
