you no just getting a pay check every 2 weeks there are no other pros to this job!!!

Dont do it yo What a DUMP!!! training does not prepare you enough for this role, fresh out of training you are expected to know everything. When you ask for assistance management is so busy with meetings for meetings there is no assistance given. There is no accountability at all every thing is blamed on the agents. Your written up for the smallest things. The turn over rate is extremely high 0 job stability. The PTO time is a joke. There is no true leadership nothing is taken seriously. When you need time off for vacation your asked to still login and help from whatever vacation spot is. All this company cares about is making money!!! Managers just yell at you and talk down to you even though I have been with this company a few years and I have helped with training as well but the second your not able to help them or do what they want they will fire you, or start to overwhelm you with work and make you want to quit. During covid-19 over 300+ agents was let go they did not even offer the prior agents there jobs back and they were not asked to work from home. the company is shady all they continue to do is hire and half way train more new people. I see the fake ad trying to get new talent its a sales driven you will never see 100k and the stats are unrealistic the bonus structure use to be wonderful years ago now you have to work EXTREMELY hard to see $500-$1000 after its taxed. They claim they are so family orientated if you ever seen the movie THE HELP that is this company. I am truly surprised this scam is still in business it needs to be shut down immediately I hope this review helps those considering beyond as there employer and those whom I know are still there dont give them the time of day we all deserve better or those who are there LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will never get better JUST will get worse my bad I stayed for as long as I did. Also Fire the Bad Apples stop being cheap pay unemployment. MANAGEMENT HAS THE WORST ATTITUDES there is always Projects Projects Projects Projects Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Meetings Weekly Catch ups Coaching's and you BETTER MONITOR that CHANNEL Schedules there is so much going on behind the scene yo you barely get 5-10 min breaks and a 30 min lunch LOL stop the Chaos and CONFUSION Fees are to high for clients already having a hard time we are in a pandemic.

Beyond Finance truly stands behind its leadership team and agents. There is a strong support system in place, and upper management genuinely listens to feedback and provides resources necessary for us to succeed. Whether an employee or client opportunity... one doesn't outweigh the other and are both equally important here at Beyond. The collaborative environment makes it incredibly rewarding to coach and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and hit their performance goals.

Good pay and benefits, remote.

Horrible training. It's disjointed and hard to follow, basically consisting of a handful of PowerPoint presentations; no mock calls, limited shadowing, or anything else you would anticipate as part of contact center training. There are NO standardized SOPs. No centralized resources or knowledge management system. Extreme micromanaging. If you are 16 minutes 'idle' you get a disciplinary point ('idle' is measured by phone calls and moving to new accounts, NOT keystrokes, mouse clicks, or any sensible metric). The primary metric is hours on the phone. However, you, the employee, cannot see your total call time on the soft phone system. I was told contradictory information as to how this was measured. In fact, leadership was extremely cagey when questioned about metric calculations, going so far as to tell me "there isn't really a formula," for MATH. There is ZERO positive culture. You can't take even a moment to get to know your coworkers.
