      Pros

      Great people, fun environment. You get to do what you love and you are given the freedom to express yourself.

      Cons

      The compensation is a bit lacking for the work and time you have to put in. Especially when you are salary, you are asked to give up your family time to help the company succeed. Many times, you make as much as a fast food worker when you divide the hours you put in by what you are paid.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
