      Pros

      The people are great. The benefits are good. The learning of different aspects of the company and its workings, leadership courses, cross training and can’t forget “O” University.

      Cons

      Slow to give rises, promotions, and bonuses went down. Economy has been bad but it's been bad for the regular worker too. With growth in knowledge of all aspects of the workings of the work site and more responsibilities there is a short in matching money with skills and abilities. Hopefully 2010 will be better.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
