Lying By Routine - Anonymous employee Beyondsoft Group Employee Review

This company has a very dishonest and unprofessional practices. They lie all the time to employees when they are laying off people. The company usually told employees that they need to sign I-9 documents for eligibility for employment and enticed employees to walk to other office building. After arrival, employees were then told they are laid off. Nothing related to what they said on the phone was ever signed. After arriving at they told employees the reasons for laid off and asked them to surrender their badges. Employees were then told they are blocked out and not permitted to go back to office and company will mail back their personal belongings. I don't think anyone should accept this dishonest process in delivering any transaction by telling lie and locking people out of space. Nothing compromising during process and everything is hostile. Other company would all employees to pack up, why not they. Note that the badge is issued by host company. Employees can turn the badges in to host company by themselves. No matter what, they are lying and not being honest in other area too. How would anyone believe them in the future? Another thing is that their internal operation, arrangement, and management are craps. They are building an environment that makes people not knowing about their future; no tech knowledge are shared; and any time company and host company can be down due to their practices.
