1. HR are very unresponsive to inquiry. Must consult to higher management in HR then will reply. 2. Very vague benefit. No proper details. 3. Lack of annual bonus. If company is underperforming, won't be receiving any annual bonus. Even if the company have positive annual report, the bonus you receive is not really appealing. 4. No career growth, most likely will stuck at same level. unless you step out of your comfort zone for better career opportunity.
