Great start initially with company events and trainings until... Covid hits, no annual increments and bonus for the past 3 years. Citing that company isn't doing well. Unbalance salary among staffs. Have highlighted that newly hired are getting higher salary than senior staffs that have been working with the company, but nothing has been done by the company. The way the company handled career progression was negatively affecting the morale and motivation of the team. but still nothing done.
