Tester - Soft Test Engineer Beyondsoft Group Employee Review

-Micromanagement! In/out verification -favourite candidate only get rewarded and get more increment -the management did not treat all staff as same. Who was found more bugs only best tester here. But, I don't know why they dint think that all project level is not same. Some project product working good so would be less bugs compare to other project. Then, who asked you to assigned us in less bug projects? There is no equality and management very bad.
