Pros
Good work-life balance. OT is paid (Depending on the clients). Employees there are all friendly even though there are some bad apples. Good choice for entry-level as the basic salary is quite high
Cons
Hard to get a promotion. This company is just a stepping stone for most of the former employees here. Hard to get a salary increment unless you do something extraordinary. Bonus paid quarterly (And not a full 1-month salary) which is even more joke
