Pros
- Work is easy, during down time can do your own thing - Better to work at client side than main office at depot road - Good work life balance, many opportunity for paid OT if you are working at depot road office
Cons
- Salary is not competitive - You have to request for pay raise every year else they will take it as though you are happy with your pay and there will not be any increment - As of 2023, maximum leave is capped at 14 days unless you are senior management
