Pros
This company genuinely really cares for its workers, even the ones contracted out to work for other companies. The hiring manager checks in often, and brings up my team’s concerns to the on-site company management. Some of the BEST employer healthcare benefits I’ve had also!
Cons
Company holidays do not all line up with company you are contracted to work for, leaving you to use PTO to cover the days you’re not allowed to work, or take it unpaid.
