True to their word. They do whatever they commit. Many options for lateral movement and growth within the organization.

Cons

None in my experience working at Bisfot.

Pros

They provide various of projects in different areas. I have learned a lot ever since I joined Bisoft. To be honest, they REALLY care about their consultants. I got onboarded during COVID crisis. They made all the process smooth and whenever I have question they will try their best to help with a nice attitude. *They also provide good benefits.

Cons

Their is nothing I can think of at the moment. (I feel bad for myself having a short period contact with them. I want to stay at BiSoft longer as possible. )
