Pros

It's a physically demanding job that is full of potential dangers you're trained throughly to be aware of making it a very safe place to work for a Sawmill. If you're not confident in performing a task that is obviously a high risk to your personal safety, you will not be terminated for refusal as long as your concern is genuinely merited because they make a point to send everyone home in good health after every shift.

Cons

It's in McBain and unless you live there the average commute is 60-80 miles a day.

Management oblivious / apathetic to problems Safety doesn't matter unless there's a power trip involved Favoritism to useless annoying employees Pay increases take months Constant hiding of tools and unnecessary conflict between shifts Non-equal share of work between employees
