Pros
The pros are very few, but they include: -Nice 20% discount. -Enjoyable Co-workers. -Do not accept food stamps (I'm not a fan of social programs.) -Helps motivate me to graduate college (because it is such a horrible, thankless place to work. It helps me to see how important it is that I graduate and no longer allow a pathetic company to waste or devalue my talents.)
Cons
The cons, there are alot, but as a long-term employee, I can't stress enough how true they are, no matter how unbelievably. -Treated like you're worthless. -Always being talked down to by the district manager, who by the way, can't write a coherent sentence to save his life. -Given no positive reinforcement whatsoever. -Extremely POOR communication between management and employees. -I was told by management that hardly anyone would get a raise this year, per corporate headquarters. -No room for advancement unless you are buddies with the district manager or store manager. -They discriminate based on your race, gender and if they "like" you, (referring to management, upper management.) -District managers have no empathy or the intelligence to see things through the eyes of their store employees. We ARE the reason you get a paycheck.
