Pros
Getting the first heads up on new inventory, of course, but having great conversations with all the Canadian ladies that come down for the Holiday sales! I love meeting new people and especially those in good spirits! Bringing news from another culture that is so similar, yet still so foreign is quite exciting!
Cons
My ONLY issue with working for Big Lots (which by the way, is kind of major) is not knowing your work schedule a few days in advance for the following week. Sunday's schedule is posted Saturday, sometimes not until noon. That doesn't fly with me. I made Sunday's unavailable.
