Flexibility around dress code and work hours. The people you work WITH are fantastic. Snacks and drinks are occasionally made available.
Cons
Management is a joke. They completely shut down the digital practice that the company was founded on and are solely a Domo partner consulting shop. The forecasts on new product rollouts and volume of work coming from the ONE client they have now have been ridiculously and overly optimistic. We're told every quarter that "things will be picking up and taking off next quarter." We've been told that for over a year and things get worse. To the point that the company has not paid acknowledged earned bonuses since 1st quarter 2016 and had to work some significant magic just to meet payroll during the summer of 2016. They're putting all of their eggs in the Domo basket and actually allowed Domo to take a significantly larger cut of their consulting revenue during 2016 because they didn't have a contract in place to set those terms. When I asked a member of senior management if they had a contract in place now to prevent them from doing that again I was told "That's a good question, I'll need to look into that." Ya think? Billable hours thresholds are a constant struggle to meet because the volume of work needed just isn't there. Again, always told it will get better but it's been worse. Forecasts for demand of custom Domo apps were WAY off. The company hired many developers and let almost all of them go only months later because the demand was practically nonexistent. The Predictive Tool Kit product that they're confident will solve all of their cash flow problems is still very clunky and doesn't seem to have a good path to a successful rollout. Customers are finding out how clunky it is and will likely avoid it entirely or ask for money back when it doesn't come close to meeting expectations and/or promises. I will honestly be surprised if the company exists in another 6-8 months because of the cash flow issues.
