Pros
Company is a start up so it's easy to make yourself heard. They do a weekly email survey to see how people are doing and feeling, and the responses are anonymous - so you can always share how you feel about the job. They are competitive with their salary offers and the benefits are pretty good. They have a 401k with a match, dental, vision and health. Because they're relatively small, there is opportunity for upward movement. The services side of the business feels very stable.
Cons
It seems like the objective of the company is continually changing depending on what will bring in money. Feels unstable. There's a ton of potential here but it feels like there is a ton of emphasis placed on a particular piece of software the company has developed, and we were refactoring the entire thing for what I understand is the 3rd time. Seems like there's a lot of turnover.
