Pros
The people are overall pretty amazing, motivated, positive, fun to be around. A leading industry which is exciting to be at the forefront of, a great opportunity to learn and grow skillset re:internet/web technology. Nice office with start-up culture perks like ping-pong, snacks,lunches,etc. Most people care a whole lot about culture and the clients, at least at lower levels. Competitive healthcare and PTO offerings.
Cons
Questionable leadership promotion and hiring decisions at times which creates a very negative impact. Lack of career pathing and promotions are typically minimal in terms of compensation increase. Change is inevitable/OK but sometimes is not logical. Supposed to smile and "roll with change" even if it does not benefit the employees. Long hours to hit goals, work-life balance can be a challenge.
