Just like any other customer service job at any other tech company. Extremely strict on clock in and out, and lower end of pay range for position. Training was lacking, I did not feel I was adequately trained for my role. I was told to refer to internal databases that frequently did not have the answer and when reaching out to senior coworkers I was often left hanging on a question and could not complete my task because of this.
