Pros

401k plan Helping the youth and families that want to be helped

Cons

This place is a dead end job full of bologna. They hire people not qualified for a program that’s designed to help young families . They don’t allow you to move up unless you know someone who knows someone, there’s about 3 RC’s who make a REAL IMPACT on the youth and this is said by the youth . You never see the supervisors, no raises because they give free checks to people who don’t do much . The new CEO is not the savior to Bill Wilson even though it was alleged the past CEO was skimming we still got bonuses, and in 2024 you still don’t give holiday pay for missing out on family time to prioritize being called names , threatened, putting our health sometimes even life at risk with the youth or working ungodly hours due to staffing . People come here to rott expecting to flourish. They’ll promise you a position then take it back. As a man I noticed it’s mostly just men promoting men this is talked about all the time and raises alarm. It’s time for Bill Wilson to Do Something Different for their employees especially the ones who are true gems to the agency but the CEO wouldn’t know who they were if they were standing right in front of him because if they don’t look the part they don’t get the part. Do better your turn over rate sucks and your employees deserve better

Pros

Resources, information, advice, and other support are easy to access. Constant check ins and trainings keep me on track and allow me to support my clients aas best as I can. Generous PTO accrual

Cons

I can't indicate anything that needs to be changed that isn't already in the middle of changing. This company adapts very fast it seems.
