Great hours, great pay, PTO/Sick time/holidays. Overall I truly loved working at Billings clinic and I miss my co-workers dearly.

Cons

No PTO No vacation No room to negotiate contracts, take it or leave it. Shift work Management does appreciate mid level. They would rather have hire Locum.
