Poor Management - Anonymous employee Billings Clinic Employee Review

Management is focused on quantity over quality. As a business major as well as a clinical employee, I understand the business needs but unfortunately some managers have no experience in hands-on care and are making decisions based solely on finances. HR doesn’t do anything meaningful about your concerns, just a bandaid to placate you temporarily. The main issue is never resolved. Some of the doctors are dangerous and unsafe but nobody takes your concerns seriously.
