      co-workers are generally great, management on my unit is fair, lots of room for growth with certs/cross training/education/etc

      Cons

      can get absolutely stuffed and over crowded, some of the units can be very clique-y to eachother, short staffing

      Pretty repetitive work days which makes the weeks go by faster.

      Low stimulation, sometimes can get boring.

      Pros

      Physicians are good to work with, they are understanding about work life balance.

      Cons

      No PTO No vacation No room to negotiate contracts, take it or leave it. Shift work Management does appreciate mid level. They would rather have hire Locum.
