      Good Doctors, Great care if you are a patient

      Cons

      Serious "that's not my job" culture, poor performers and problem employees are not disciplined, always a budget crisis even though the hospital is making money, my timecard was frequently incorrect even though we had an electronic system, when I resigned I did not receive my vacation buyout on my last check

      Pretty repetitive work days which makes the weeks go by faster.

      Low stimulation, sometimes can get boring.

      Pros

      Physicians are good to work with, they are understanding about work life balance.

      Cons

      No PTO No vacation No room to negotiate contracts, take it or leave it. Shift work Management does appreciate mid level. They would rather have hire Locum.
