There are clear objectives and a highly passionate and driven team helps every employee stay motivated and eager to bring 100% to every project.
Cons
The rapid growth is a good problem to have at BillionToOne but it's not for everyone. There are often long days filled with hard work but the upsides of who you are working with, the common goal and the employee benefits far outweigh the hours put. After all, we are a startup.
