BTO is a great place to work. It's collaborative, allows for all opinions to be heard, and takes the ideas of all. There is respect across all departments and it is a culture of resilience and respect.
Cons
One needs to be prepared to work harder than they ever have. You need to be inventive and creative, and be prepared to come to the table with solutions to problems. Salary will be lower, potentially, than what you're used to, but equity is given that far surpasses expectations.
