Pros
This is a wonderful place to work! It is hard to get a position here, the expectations are very high. There is a start-up mentality, work hard but get rewarded well for your contributions. There is a weekly whole-company meeting so everyone understands the challenges and efforts from each department in the company. There is a lot of transparency from leadership, more than any company I have ever worked with.

The expectations are high, so it can be challenging to establish a balance with work/life.
