Pros
BTO is truly a special place, I am so fortunate to have this as my first true startup experience! I learned a lot and grew a lot during my time which made me valuable in my next career step. I truly believed in the CEO and what he is trying to accomplish (I think BTO will be wildly successful mainly because of his resilience). I definitely recommend this company for people passionate about cutting edge diagnostics!!
Cons
"People leave not because of the company, but because of managers." When I changed managers (without my opinion even if I was a "loyal" employee), it took me a few months to realize that my new manager will not be able to support my growth, or the challenges I had in my personal life. I loved the company but without a great manager, I had to take the loss and find a new home.
