- lovely group of engineers to work with

Cons

- Engineering is treated like support / ops and not fundamental to the company. - CTO has verbally abused and insulted folks at the company (i know many who have left citing him as the reason but company continues to protect him).

• Micromanagement was relentless and suffocating • Every decision required approval, and every task was questioned • I lost confidence in my judgment because every suggestion required unnecessary justification • I had no autonomy to do my work • The same lack of trust affected the entire team • Repeated feedback was ignored, and nothing improved
