Just about everything you can imagine Employees got hurt and it would not get reported! Pay was not inline with the amount of work expected! A person smoked inside the office’s (offices were non-smoking)! No promotions unless you associated with the right people! Employees were constantly talked down to, cursed at and yelled at! Unorganized! Hostile work environment! Mentality at Binswanger is, everyone is replaceable.
