Pros

Mostly supportive co-workers. Reasonable workload. Good benefits. Great middle management.

Cons

Innovation is not the company's strong suit. Marketing does very little to help support Sales team and are even adversarial at times. They also protect each other from scrutiny any time their lack of support and work ethic is called out.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. It's gratifying to hear that our compensation and company culture are positives for you. If you need more support, we hope you're engaging in conversations with your team and leadership to make that happen. Sometimes change comes a little slower than we would like, but hopefully we're all heading in the same direction. Once our markets have fully recovered, we plan to take advantage of the opportunities for growth and the benefits that come with them. Thanks for being part of the team.

Pros

I love my co workers and the ability to make my customers happy. Benefits are alright and I do like the products.

Cons

Modern marketing is non existent and the company has been taken over by sweater vest tech bros who feel phony at best. This company is too large to innovate or be nimble, yet too small to acquire new things to sell. Salaries are just so low now that I might need to leave, then come back just to get a pay raise. I’m seeing similar jobs posted for 20% more base than I make 10 years in. No transparency on advancements and annual raises do not reflect effort and making too close to plan on sales just sets you up for failure in the next year. I’d say use this company for a few years then move on.
