Pros

Great "non-management level employees", worker-bee level employees ... There's a level of comfort in the work environment that allows you to be creative, free and even innovate at times. Some of the most down-to-earth Scientists I've ever had the previlage to work with.

Cons

For a BioTech company ... it's not very forward at this stage. Employee turn-overs are super rare, to their detriment as a company. Managements' (very high portion) been there for a very long time tend to be biased against new talent. They are too complacent, instead of teminating an employee whose not performing or "messed" up ... they will just move you to another department instead of dealing with the issues - real issues at hand. Good for some instances but not for majority. Non-management level employees do not have a voice, POLITICS seem to take over when it comes to promotions, etc. When it comes to advancement, performance is not the qualification .... it's popularity.

Pros

I love my co workers and the ability to make my customers happy. Benefits are alright and I do like the products.

Cons

Modern marketing is non existent and the company has been taken over by sweater vest tech bros who feel phony at best. This company is too large to innovate or be nimble, yet too small to acquire new things to sell. Salaries are just so low now that I might need to leave, then come back just to get a pay raise. I’m seeing similar jobs posted for 20% more base than I make 10 years in. No transparency on advancements and annual raises do not reflect effort and making too close to plan on sales just sets you up for failure in the next year. I’d say use this company for a few years then move on.
