Excellent location. Beautiful view of the bay. Good amount of PTO offered.
Cons
HR is super cheap. They will nickle and dime you when it comes to raises and promotions. It is extremely difficult to grow within the company mainly b/c of HR. Even if your manager and your manager's manager agree to give u a raise or a promo, HR can deny you a raise b/c they are cheap. Salary is 15-20% lower than other companies in the bay. At BR there are more Talkers than Doers. People who do the actual work are not as appreciated as people who do the talking. There is no loyalty to people who have been working for more than 10 plus years.
