Pros

- Evolving Technologically and supplying staff with the most recent Software/Application Development - Superb Benefits Plan - Company Stability - Work From Home Options - Excellent Internal Employee Rewards Programs (the company calls its the "BRAVO Program") - Separate PTO and Sick Time (40 hours annually) - Annual Tiered Employee Bonus Pay - Discounted Company Stock Purchase Options - Recent Company Wide Strategy to Focus on Employee Learning & Personal Growth. Offers Employees Online & Digital Classes to acquire new skills - Professional Company Culture - Very Culturally Diverse Company

Cons

- Management Instability the past 2 years - Recent Staff re-organization the past 2 years - Decreasing Company Stock Price - Mandatory PTO: Company mandated employees to take 10 days off the first 6 months of the year & 10 days off the second half of the year. This was likely a financial decision to avoid financial liability

Pros

I love my co workers and the ability to make my customers happy. Benefits are alright and I do like the products.

Cons

Modern marketing is non existent and the company has been taken over by sweater vest tech bros who feel phony at best. This company is too large to innovate or be nimble, yet too small to acquire new things to sell. Salaries are just so low now that I might need to leave, then come back just to get a pay raise. I’m seeing similar jobs posted for 20% more base than I make 10 years in. No transparency on advancements and annual raises do not reflect effort and making too close to plan on sales just sets you up for failure in the next year. I’d say use this company for a few years then move on.
