Pros

Autonomy to work at your own pace, nice friendly people who can be supportive when you need assistance.

Cons

Toxic management with ambiguous direction. Lacking accountability from upper management and misalignment of information creating unproductive waste. Gossip mongering culture. Layoffs happened in 2025, good people were trimmed with severance package offered with little notice served. Training limited due to budgeting reasons so self learning or asking from colleagues to teach

We appreciate hearing your experience and thank you for sharing. You've already moved on, but we hope that while you were here you took advantage of the avenues available to help remedy the toxic culture you describe. Unfortunately, we did experience layoffs recently and these decisions are never made lightly. But we're confident that recent changes leave us in a better position going forward.

Pros

I love my co workers and the ability to make my customers happy. Benefits are alright and I do like the products.

Cons

Modern marketing is non existent and the company has been taken over by sweater vest tech bros who feel phony at best. This company is too large to innovate or be nimble, yet too small to acquire new things to sell. Salaries are just so low now that I might need to leave, then come back just to get a pay raise. I’m seeing similar jobs posted for 20% more base than I make 10 years in. No transparency on advancements and annual raises do not reflect effort and making too close to plan on sales just sets you up for failure in the next year. I’d say use this company for a few years then move on.
