1yWe appreciate hearing your perspective. While bonuses have been less than expected, as they are ultimately tied to the company's financial performance. We understand that it's disappointing when we miss our targets, but we're putting significant effort into making the changes needed so that Bio-Rad can continue to thrive in the future. February's layoff (part of our restructuring plan) was necessary as we realign to meet our market. We do hope you feel empowered to continue to share your thoughts and ideas as we move forward.
