Pros

There is a reasonable work load, you should be able to maintain strictly 40h/wk most weeks. The work can be interesting if you find it yourself. There are lots of opportunities to learn/implement new skills as long as you are the driving force.

Cons

The project management is pretty poor across several projects, they seem to keep making the same mistakes without ever learning their lesson for the the next project. The leadership don't actually value merit, even though they say they do. Promotions are more about time worked than anything.

Thanks for sharing your honest review. We're pleased to know that work/life balance seems to be working out well for you here. We don't necessarily agree that promotions are more about time served, but if you're looking to progress we'd encourage you to have some frank conversations with your leadership about what it will take to get you to the next level and beyond. We'd hate for your stated level of comfort to turn into stagnation. Wishing you the best in the next steps.

Pros

I love my co workers and the ability to make my customers happy. Benefits are alright and I do like the products.

Cons

Modern marketing is non existent and the company has been taken over by sweater vest tech bros who feel phony at best. This company is too large to innovate or be nimble, yet too small to acquire new things to sell. Salaries are just so low now that I might need to leave, then come back just to get a pay raise. I’m seeing similar jobs posted for 20% more base than I make 10 years in. No transparency on advancements and annual raises do not reflect effort and making too close to plan on sales just sets you up for failure in the next year. I’d say use this company for a few years then move on.
