      Pros

      No longer any pros. If you get in well I guess the pro s you have a job but too much micromanagement. Everyone is scared to lose their jobs because of the new company that bought bio reference

      Cons

      Not what it used to be. It's a new owner now so dont be fooled. Small family feel now gone. Dr. Grodman no longer there.

      Very good benefits and 401k

      Cons

      The worst management I have ever seen, toxic and inclusive Indian specific groups, high favoritism, always firing people after hiring every March, don't want to fire existing employees who are incompetent and been there since 1990s, always gasligting and lying.
