      Flexibility and insurance is good.

      Cons

      Favoritism, racism, and nepotism. Terrible company to work for. Family members are promoted left and right. Top management doesn't care about employees.

      Very good benefits and 401k

      Cons

      The worst management I have ever seen, toxic and inclusive Indian specific groups, high favoritism, always firing people after hiring every March, don't want to fire existing employees who are incompetent and been there since 1990s, always gasligting and lying.
