      Very Great PTO and health insurance. They CAN be understanding and they will listen to your side of any situation.

      Cons

      Unfair salaries and nepotism at its best. Families upon families moving up in the business while others are stuck at the same level they were hired at.

      Very good benefits and 401k

      Cons

      The worst management I have ever seen, toxic and inclusive Indian specific groups, high favoritism, always firing people after hiring every March, don't want to fire existing employees who are incompetent and been there since 1990s, always gasligting and lying.
