Pros
Not much besides PTO and Benefits. Some individuals are easy to talk to.
Cons
- There's a severe lack of professionalism between the managers and the employees involved. From my perspective, there is a huge amount of favoritism along with neglect of employees. some have called employees out on the floor about personal situations: This repulses me. - I personally had been called out in front of everyone once because I did not have insurance with the company: I felt embarrassed and a bit frustrated that my personal information was thrown out in public. -I'm seriously disgusted at how some of the management is run. I understand employees are a bit rowdy and don't want to come in to do the work, but the leadership there just doesn't care and makes it harder for those not wanting to work to stay focused. - Now I understand the managerial side: Employees typically do not care, and they'll retain them because no one else wants to do the work. -Management can't really fire anyone unless they horrible screw up. Again, it really sucks when employees do minimal work, while others carry the load. Nothing can be done and it's understandable - Turnover is extremely high: Okay , understandable management has had issues with this for the longest time. - Employees just don't care. Management can't do anything about it and have probably exhausted as many options as possible. I sympathize in this department, and honestly... It starts from the top to really make a change.
