      BioReference is the perfect size company. Large enough to learn and grow, small enough to make an impact and take pride in your accomplishments. Also, they offer the best benefits package around!

      Some internal technology (ie intranet) require major updating Nothing relates to our products and services in our labs.

      Very good benefits and 401k

      Cons

      The worst management I have ever seen, toxic and inclusive Indian specific groups, high favoritism, always firing people after hiring every March, don't want to fire existing employees who are incompetent and been there since 1990s, always gasligting and lying.
