      Pros

      Great medical benefits. It's a great place for recent college graduates to get some industry experience.

      Cons

      Very bad employee morale overall. The company doesn't care about the employees (except for management and upper management); employees are treated as very disposable. Pay is not competitive at all. Work load is insane. High turnover rate, and management doesn't worry about the department being understaffed. Remaining employees are forced to complete the work. Stingy with overtime. No cafeteria with food: just vending machines.

      Cons

      The worst management I have ever seen, toxic and inclusive Indian specific groups, high favoritism, always firing people after hiring every March, don't want to fire existing employees who are incompetent and been there since 1990s, always gasligting and lying.
